Job Description:
Experienced Electrical Foreman Wages $55/hour to $85/hour Benefits; - Medical - Dental - Optical - Vision - STD & LTD - 401K - Sick Time Common job duties include; - Schedules. - Assigning work and training employees. - Motivate electricians to increase their productivity and meet work goals. - Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment. - Compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations. - Assist with electrical system installation, troubleshooting and repair as needed. - Designing electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributing to improved construction designs and procedures. - Purchase supplies and ensure adequate inventory. - Prioritize purchases and schedule delivery of required equipment and stock. - Evaluate electricians performing on project. - Provide overall supervision and control of project from an electrical perspective. - Interact with general contractor and other sub-contractors on project. - Interact with project manager and office to maintain the project flow. - Understanding of Critical Path and Project Management.
